For most properties we send a purchase agreement with an offer amount already included.  If you accept this offer you can send the signed agreement back to us via mail, email or fax.  We try to be as accurate as we can with the offer amount, but there are certain things that could cause us to change the offer.  If there are any issues that would limit the use of the property such as physical and legal access, availability to utilities or buildability.

How did you find my property information?

We found your property ownership information through county assessor data that is provided by the county government and is available to the public.

Why do you want to buy my land?

How quickly can you close on the property?

In most situations we can close within 30 days.  Mostly, we use title and escrow companies to complete our transactions and work as the intermediary in order to give you assurance that everything is done properly.  If using a title and escrow company, we can close on the property as soon as the title company can complete the transaction, which is usually less than 30 days.  

Sometimes the transaction can be completed in 10 days or less. If we close the property directly with you (without using a title and escrow company), we can close within a week in most situations.

What if the property has unpaid back taxes?

If the property has unpaid back taxes, that is not an issue.  We can still purchase the property and will handle the back taxes.  If the back taxes are excessive, we may work with you to change our offer amount, but we will still handle the payment of back taxes when you sell us the property.  

Why shouldn't I just sell my land using a real estate agent?

We provide an easy way to sell land that is much quicker than if you were to hire a realtor. It is difficult to find a real estate agent who will bother with vacant land.
